Clooney Calls on the Fashion Police

24.jpg

Looks like George Clooney was Punk’d and he ain’t happy about it at all.

There are two people currently being investigated for alleged fraud by police in Milan for using Georgie’s name in as a clothing line. One problem though, Goergie didn’t approve of it at all.

The two would’ve gotten away scott-free if they didn’t send out a press release last month. The press release was translated from Italian to English and got eventually got online. George read it and called the police. The police then seized the suspect’s clothing and watches along with fake documentation connecting the star to their items.

“This is a hoax,” the Leatherheads star said in a statement last month. “I have no connection whatsoever with any clothing line bearing my name, and more specifically, GC Exclusive by George Clooney.”

K-Fed: Poorest Rich Man in Las Vegas

11.jpg

For a man who’s claiming poverty, he sure has a lot of money to burn.

OK! Magazine obtained legal documents that show he’s been spending Britney Spears’ money on extravagant expenses. Here are just some expenses from the list:

  • $50,489.71 over an eight month period on hotel rooms and refreshments in Las Vegas
  • $2,632.50 for one day at TAO Beach
  • $2,862.60 for one night at the TAO nightclub
  • $3,008.33 for one day at the Hard Rock Café
  • $2,365 for one night at an upscale strip club

K-Fed’s Lawyer replied, “What Mr. Federline may have purchased for gifts for others, or entertaining and/or hosting parties is irrelevant, though obviously, and unfortunately, the other side tried to distract the court from what and how one should vacation.”

Seems reasonable.

She Loved Him Too Much

10.jpg

We all know that eventhough John Cusack had his time in the 80’s, he’s still a heartthrob. However, one woman went over the edge with her fascination with the “Say Anything…” actor.

Emily Leatherman was ordered to stay away from the actor after she was caught in Cusack’s neighborhood. She failed to pay the taxicab and was reported to the police. When the police got there, the actor flagged them down and told them that he recognized her as a stalker.

She was arrested for stalking, violating a restraining order and petty theft. She was being held on $150,000 bail.

Shia Lebouf A No-show

7.jpg

Shia Lebouf might as well change his name to Shia Legone as he nor his lawyer did not appear on his scheduled appearance in court. Because of this the judge issued a $1,000 warrant of arrest for the actor. The charge was supposedly for his ticket on unlawful smoking last February.

He’s seems to be a magnet for small-time law breaking as he was arrested last November for tresspassing as well.

Shia Lebouf has starred in some big-budget films like, the Transformers the Movie, and the upcoming Indiana Jones Film. Will this tarnish his teenager image or further enhance it? We’ll see in a couple of months.

Jackman Nowhere Man

8.jpg

Hugh Jackman is doing a comic book adaptation again, but it’s not the X-men. Although he is in the middle of shooting an offshoot from the X-men trilogy movies called “X-men Origins:Wolverine”, he’s found a new comic character that he wants to portray.

Nowhere Man is written both by the actor and Amazing Spiderman scribe, Marc Guggenheim; Virgin Comics will be publishing this story. Only bits and pieces are known about this comic. According to the publsher, it is a Sci-Fi story akinto I Am Legend.

If it ever becomes a hit comic book, most likely it may become a movie as well.

Miley Cyrus Changes Name

4.jpg

We didn’t even know that Destiny Hope was her real first name, why bother changing it? It was pretty much important to her as she filed documents in court today to change her legal name.

The reason being, according to both her parents:Leticia and Billy Ray Cyrus, “Destiny Hope Cyrus has been commonly known as Miley Cyrus since she was a young child. The Change of Name is requested to make her commonly used name the same as her legal name.”

Her name has still not been officially changed until she publishes a public notice of her new name.
